Enhanced DBS Check
Every candidate undergoes an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check, renewed within 3 years. Barred list checked for all care roles.
Right to Work Verification
We verify and document all right-to-work documentation in line with UK Home Office guidelines before any placement.
Reference Checks
Minimum two professional references or one professional and one character obtained and verified.
Training Verification
We confirm mandatory training is current and valid.
Interview
All candidates are interviewed by our care recruitment specialists before joining our register.

Do you supply staff to both older adults and younger adults services?

Are your care workers DBS checked?
Yes โ 100% of our care workers hold a current Enhanced DBS check including barred list check. We never place a carer without a valid DBS in place. Documents are available for your records and CQC file at any time.
Can you supply permanent as well as temporary staff?
Absolutely. We offer temporary cover, ongoing contract placements and permanent recruitment across all care roles โ from Healthcare Assistants to Registered Managers. Tell us what you need and we will find the right solution.
What care settings do you cover?
We cover residential care homes, nursing homes, dementia care settings, supported living services, extra care housing and community care. If your service is registered with CQC and you need staff, we can help.
